‘Daily Stack’ is a time management tool the simple design allows users to help track their work flow by creating physical representations of their tasks. The design consists of a small base and a series of wood blocks that each have a different colour and shape. Each colour represents a different task and the time interval is determined by the size of the block. the user stacks their tasks on the base, committing to them. the base contains electronics that communicate with a computer, tracking time and tasks in progress digitally. The user can even go back through their archive and look at previous stacks. the design helps the user better visualize their time, helping them make the most of it. (via dboom) Lovely
Epic new Nike commercial for the World Cup. Plenty of cameo’s too why not when the budget is basically unlimited, when it comes to Nike, The Soccer World Cup and W+K
SpY is an artist from Madrid whose first endeavors date back to the mid-eighties. Shortly after, already a national reference as a graffiti artist, he started to explore other forms of artistic communication in the street. His work involves the appropiation urban elements through transformation or replication, commentary on urban reality, and the interference in its communicative codes.
The bulk of his production stems from the observation of the city and an appreciation of its components, not as inert elements but as a palette of materials overflowing with possibilities. His ludic spirit, careful attention to the context of each piece, and a not invasive, constructive attitude, unmistakably characterize his interventions.
SpY’s pieces want to be a parenthesis in the automated inertia of the urban dweller. They are pinches of intention, hidden in a corner for whoever wants to let himself be surprised. Filled with equal parts of irony and positive humor, they appear to raise a smile, incite reflection, and to favor an enlightened conscience.
It’s about 2yeras old, but is still one of my fav live performances out there, amazing use of lighting, the simple use of dimension is bloody brilliant. Still great…
Love the concept but bloody hating the orange tinted windows and his rational for it, everything else is pretty sweet oh except he should get a smaller plasma screen sitting in front of a massive screen that close will def ruin your eye sight as well as that orange tint.
Love the country, the brand video is not bad a little too “digital” for me but still a decent job. This YourSingapore living logo sequence is a virtual depiction of Singapore, which offers so many different experiences to its visitors.
